Some time back, I got an opportunity to work on a new project in which Cloud Technologies were extensively being used. I attended Azure AZ-204 training planned by Cygnet which was very helpful. After completing the training, I practiced with hands-on tasks and a few mock tests and subsequently cleared the certification exam. The certification was quite helpful in the project implementation as it helped me visualize the concepts better.

Design is a creative department and requires free flow of ideas, sharing and collaboration. However, pandemic forced us to work in silos and forced us to look for alternate methods for virtual collaboration and maintain productivity. The recently launched Design Minds Club has provided a single platform to all the designers in Cygnet to share their knowledge and skills within the community. Our executive director, Apurva Ashar took the lead and bestowed on us his experience & rich knowledge. Many other volunteers have followed his footsteps and imparted learning sessions in their respective fields of expertise. The impact of these sessions is visible on the overall skill set of all designers and UI developers. This club brings all of us together virtually and we feel connected and have been delivering smart results together.

Recently Cygnet Infotech celebrated learning week during Sep 5-9 to encourage the spirit of learning and knowledge sharing. 271 Unique Learners participated in various learning programs scheduled during the week in online, offline & hybrid mode to cater to all kinds of learning preferences.
